As Perfect Power Wash welcomes EcoTek into the family, we’re holding fast to the habits and standards that have made us successful for more than two decades: a customer-first mindset, attention to detail, team-oriented professionalism, responsive communication, and pride in our work.                                                                                                                                                                                                                       

These principles are what make us who we are — and as managers, we set the tone. How we communicate, support our teams, and deliver for customers is what ensures those values continue to thrive as we grow together.

Perfect Power Wash and EcoTek are joining forces to strengthen both teams, expand our capabilities, and create more opportunities for growth. We share the same values of quality, professionalism, and customer care. Together, we’ll be even better equipped to serve our customers — and as leaders, our job is to help both teams work confidently through this transition by reinforcing stability and focus in the field.

For now, EcoTek will continue operating under its current name and brand. You’ll still see the EcoTek logo on vehicles, uniforms, and customer communications. Over time, we’ll explore ways to align both brands to best serve our customers and teams — but any changes will be gradual and well-communicated.
As managers, reinforce both brands’ shared standards and values when addressing customers or team members.

Nothing about day-to-day work, systems, or routines will change during the remainder of the season. The focus right now is keeping operations steady and finishing the Holiday Light season strong.
Managers should focus on observation, communication, and leadership consistency — not process changes — until we review everything together in the offseason.

For now, each team will continue operating with their current systems and procedures.
The goal right now isn’t to merge workflows — it’s to observe how each team operates so we can make informed, efficient decisions later.

The integration is being led by the Perfect Power Wash leadership team in collaboration with Matt and Robert at EcoTek. Each department head at PPW is responsible for ensuring that communication and decisions stay aligned with our company standards and culture.

Initially, most communication will flow through leadership and department heads to ensure consistency.
As we move into the offseason, you may see joint meetings, shared training sessions, or collaborative projects designed to share best practices.
For now, continue using PPW’s standard communication channels and escalate any cross-team questions through your department lead or the integration team.
