Can you add lights to _________ area?

Great question. Since we’re using a satellite, I’m only able to provide pricing for the house over the phone. The good news is the technicians can custom measure and craft landscape lighting for you on-site.

When do you plan to remove the lights?

We will contact you again in early January to schedule the removal. We typically do it in January or February, depending on the snow and weather.

How many power outlets do you need access to?

We only need access to one outlet. We’re able to run 500 bulbs off one exterior outlet because of the low energy consumption of our lights.

How much experience do you have installing these?

Our team is trained and led by an individual who has over 8 years of experience and has installed over 1,000 homes. You are in great hands.

Do you install permanent lights/color-changing LEDs?

Great question. Permanent lights or color-changing LEDs today are similar to electric cars in the 90s. Technology has not yet caught up with the idea. They’re faulty and on average cost $10,000 to $15,000 to have professionally installed. Our service is more cost-effective and will last longer than Permanent lighting.

What is the lifespan of the lights?

Our lights have a 10-year lifespan.

Can I save money if I store the lights myself?

We’ve found that it’s more efficient for us to remove, organize, and store the lights than ask the homeowner to do so. Therefore, we’ve included removal and storage in our pricing.

What if a bulb goes out?

On average, only 1% of our bulbs fail in their 10-year lifespan. However, if a bulb does go out, give us a call and we’ll replace it free of charge.
